For the information of members few expedient clauses of memorandum of objectives of RESERVE BANK EMPLOYEES’ HOUSING WELFARE SOCIETY, (Regd.), Bangalore are reproduced below which among others enable the society to carry out activities as required for procurement of sites to its members.
“To promote and encourage welfare Housing Projects.”
“To start and work such schemes as may be necessary and beneficial to members including providing housing sites, flats & groups housing projects.”
“To facilitate formation of layouts, sites, playground, parks, etc through developers or promoters or builders etc., on behalf of the Society, for the benefit of the members, and for such purpose to collect money from the members and shall make payments to Builders/promoters/Agents/ Authorised persons etc., and to secure interest of the members in all respect.”
“To raise funds which may be required for the purpose of achieving the objects of the Society and for such purpose to execute mortgage deed, hypothecation deed, execute any other deeds as may be required from time to time.”
“To do all things necessary or expedient for accomplishment of the aforesaid objects and for the comfort, Convenience and good of its members.”
“To borrow by raising secured, unsecured loans to mortgage or hypothecate the properties of the Society or otherwise create a charge of such properties for the benefit of the members.”
“To do such things, carry on such activities, undertake such programmes and embark on such projects as are necessarily expedient for achieving of fulfilling the objectives of the Society “
