After the accomplishment in Tavarekere there has been immense
pressure to repeat the feat in Bengaluru north and this time we
wanted to add some more features to our activities to make the
exercise more meaningful, secured and useful for our members. There
has been tremendous response for the project as aspirants have an
opinion that we are a no risk, no misadventure but a responsible
organisation.

We always maintained, anything desired by many would be liked by
all. They desired an affordable, commutable, liveable and appreciable
property. We factored all these into a deliverable proposal and that was
well-received by our membership. This plenty of value additions are
contemplated and thrust will be to make the venture attractive to every age group in membership. We have planned integrated facilities
like community hall, club house, workspaces, good life facilities and
old age comforts.
