Delivered Project
Our first and foremost. RBEHWS has delivered a 140 acre residential project in Tavarekere, a non-descript place in Bengaluru south till our advent there. It has now become a buzzing locality bringing good return for the investment of our members. Many have built houses and settled there. It is not over till it is over. Development work in all the layouts in RBEHWS Tavarekere project except the electrical work on Sy. No. 153/3 is complete and e-khathas for all the sites in the project have been released subsequent to the final release of sites by the Planning Authority. Plenty of buying and selling activities are taking place as there is a huge demand for the sites in RBEHWS Tavarekere layout. We request the members to ensure that they adhere to the requirements of Society’s bylaws and insist on the admission of buyers as members of Society if the buyers are not members while buying sites in Society project.

There was an overwhelming response for an excellent exercise of providing shelter to members, may be the rarest in the recent memory where a society carries its responsibility till the end flawless, despite hurdles and challenges. Buying the property was relatively a seamless affair for most of the members as it’s fraught with many undesirable issues otherwise. Of course, it was made possible by a reasonable, prudent and transparent dispensation, which joined a very supportive and understanding membership to achieve this tremendous feat in such an amazing speed. We had enough instances to display all the characteristics stated above and those who are privy to them vouch for that. In the ultimate analysis, delivery of promise to members stands to testify what has been achieved.
- We stood the tests of every kind. A distasteful attempt to dismantle our efforts was thwarted by a disciplined, transparent and honest response of the Institution which has taken every care to achieve the objectives effectively. It was a time for us to revisit our activities to reaffirm that they are effective and efficient to deliver what has been promised.
- A connecting road from the main layout in Tavarekere to the layout on Sy. no. 153/3 was a challenging demand from members. The layout is already having a road from the other side of Tavarekere village as no layout approval is possible without a public road connected to the plan. However, site owners were demanding a connecting road from the main layout for obvious reasons. For all the buyers in the main area, Kurubarahalli and Devamachohalli layouts their investments in Society’s project have been very rewarding and we wished to bring about a similar success for site owners on Sy.no.153/3. A relentless exercise has been carried out taking into confidence neighbors and locals whose lands are required to provide the most sought-after connecting road. After continuous endeavor we have realized the requirement and obstacles for building the road from the main area to layout on Sy.no. 153/3 have been removed amicably. We are also informed that recently a land survey has been carried out by a Government agency in connection with preparing a DPR for a railway and road network on the west side of our layout on Sy.no.153/3.
- We have been receiving lot of concerns about the up keeping of Tavarekere project layouts. Worn out roads, storm drains, ill-maintained parks and rampant growth of weeds have caused badly the presentability of the area. To a certain extent physical appearance of the area has impacted the appreciation of value of sites despite Society’s properties are rated as the best while fixation of guidance value by authorities.
- To revive the maintenance and other relevant activities RBEHWS ORWA committee had been reconstituted. An office has been opened in the main project area to assist/interact with the members regarding the issues. We had informed the membership to seek assistance from the site office in case any help is required with regard to the sites owned by them.
- We request the RBEHWS Owners’/ Residents Welfare Association to propose the collection of an appropriate maintenance fee from the site owners to maintain the common area like roads, parks, and electricity installations. Please pay the requisite maintenance fee to keep your place neat and tidy so that you will get appreciated return for your investment. We request RBEHWS ORWA to approach the Village Panchayath of Tavarekere to take up the maintenance of the area as they are the jurisdictional Civic Authority.
- The work of widening the State High Way-85 between Bengaluru and Magadi is almost complete and the work on stretch near Tavarekere town is underway. Many houses have come up in the main area of RBEHWS project. The extension of Metro network up to Tavarekere town is under the consideration of authorities. A toll fee arterial road between Challaghatta on Mysore road and Kadabagere on Magadi road near Tavarekere town is getting commissioned shortly making it very convenient to travel from Tavarekere to Bengaluru south and west.
