Reserve Bank Employees' housing welfare Society (R)
A conceptualizer and facilitator organization
RBEHWS is a facilitator organization established in 2008 having a membership of around 2200 from Reserve Bank of India fraternity. As the organization has pan India relevance employees of RBI across the country are our members. Society has facilitated the development of around 140 acres of land in Tavarekere on the western part of Bengaluru. After successfully executing the project and reaching the last aspirant we have become an achiever organization. We added many innovative features while executing the project to ensure most appreciable, affordable properties transferred to our members in a most hassle free and seamless manner. While identifying the place we involve aspirants to find them the most appropriate property in terms of location, commutability, water availability, livability, etc. To ensure maximum involvement and minimum resistance from farmers who part with their land for layouts, joint development of land is encouraged and their share is bought by the Society to provide them the benefits of development and to discourage any legal obstacles. In tune with mandate in our bylaws we do not buy land and transfer them to aspirants instead, through an all-encompassing understanding with an intermediary-developer land identified by Society is procured, developed as per Society’s requirement and transferred to aspirant members. This arrangement had effectively reduced the cost of sites and fixes the accountability while delivering the ready to use sites.
RBEHWS is a confluence of aspirations, thoughts and efforts. We collate members’ wishes, likes, requirements, demands and necessities to arrive at what we offer to them. Our members always acknowledged the passion, earnestness and endurance behind what we do.
Reserve Bank Employees’ Housing Welfare Society is registered under Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960 and the institution is empowered to undertake every variety of function to facilitate procurement of sites for its members. It is an assertive action, carved out of a movement, embedded in itself an objective of housing welfare for needy employees of Reserve Bank of India.
