Our success is attributed to the exemplary leadership of our organization, which demonstrated unwavering dedication, honesty, and transparency. Despite facing numerous challenges, our leadership persevered, fostering a culture of trust and delivering on promises.Equally crucial was the overwhelming support and cooperation from our membership, who reciprocated the leadership’s efforts with enthusiasm and commitment. This harmonious partnership between leadership and membership was the cornerstone of our achievement, and we are grateful for the collective effort that made our vision a reality.
We are Introducing RBEHWS-ARTH CITY

We are Introducing RBEHWS-ARTH CITY Home A prestigious residential development strategically located near prominent neighbourhoods, industrial hubs, highways, government offices, and esteemed educational institutions. This premium project offers a unique blend of convenience, comfort, and value, ensuring that members receive the best returns on their investment. With select features and meticulous planning, RBEHWS-ARTH CITY is poised to become a landmark destination, providing a superior quality of life for its residents. We are pleased to announce that the first phase of RBEHWS-ARTH CITY has been successfully completed, with plots delivered to our satisfied members. We are now focused on obtaining approvals and developing the second phase of the project, building on our reputation for excellence. After our grand success in Tavarekere a very reciprocating membership prompted us to undertake another task and we are responding. Challenges are not new to us. We love braving them for certain accomplishment. Because, the outcome is always rewarding and cherishing for all of us. We are an achiever institution turning impossibilities into possibilities and dreams into realities. Society’s offer is loaded with credibility of the institution, hassle free delivery, outstanding pricing and par excellence comforts at your place of living. We have secured our promises through an all-encompassing and all-inclusive facilitator agreement with our turnkey developer M/s. DCK Builders and Developers P Ltd., Bengaluru. Thus, we submit to the General Body that wherever it was expedient we took all the measures to ensure that money paid by the aspirants is secured and the development work is facilitated. We have been informing members that we have zero liberty in so far as the cost/price of the developed land. To substantiate we formed a committee to look into the aspects of cost of the developed land in RBEHWS-ARTH CITY project and to ascertain our status vis-à-vis delivery of sites to members. We have asked the committee to factor the 20% commitment money paid by members. Members may note that efforts to initiate the land development in the present place have started after we took over the completed layout of 8 acre extent in December 2023. Immediately after identifying the lands for the remaining requirement lands were confirmed to be contiguous, surveyed and submitted for further processing for layout approval. We have annexed many lands after they are found suitable and affordable. The affordability is a vital requirement as Society has the responsibility to supply the sites to applicants till Rs.2500/sq. ft. offer price at a price equal to or below the cost price as per the decision taken in the General body meeting held on 24/12/2023. Aspirants may please note that Society’s decision may have far reaching implications for both Society and aspirants as for the commitment of 20% 100% price is secured. We were never into intense land development activities as indicated in our bylaws and we had practiced that throughout. Our facilitation agreements with the developer/coordinator and eventual sale deeds clearly establish that. A price had been worked out and the property was transferred to the buyer directly where the society confirmed the transaction of sale against the money collected by it and then paid to the coordinator. Further, not buying/registering the property in society’s name and transferring it to the member directly was intentional to remove unavoidable transfer/registration costs in the process. Notwithstanding all the above, it’s the trust and belief that united the efforts by the managing committee and cooperation from members to build the projects and find a place to stay for every one of you. For us, at RBEHWS, the nucleus of any exercise is the focused objective of serving members’ interest, which is very clear and reassuring.
